I bring my experience as a billing/ order entry specialist to Fathom Realty.  Before joining real estate industry in 2014, I did account billing and processed orders, and bills of lading for overseas shipments for a small manufacturing company.  As a specialist, I learned how to be detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate within the company.  As your Realtor, I will be your advocate.  Whether you are buying, selling, or investing, I will work hard to promote your best interests.  If you are selling, I will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using available technology and marketing materials.  If you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position. I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful.  As a full-time Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible.  I will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need me.  I have been a Bay Area resident since 1984 and have earned three designations since becoming a Realtor in 2014. I have earned the General Institute of Realtors (GRI) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). When not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening, and relaxing on my farm.
